Refund Policy
If a participant is to withdraw from the event, the following cost structure applies.
- More or equals 7 days before the event date, participant is refunded full cost on the condition that a replacement can be found for his/her slot. If a replacement cannot be found, only unpaid variable costs will be refunded.
- 4-6 days before the event date, participant is refunded only unpaid variable costs.
- Equals or less than 3 days before the event date, participant is refunded zero amount.
** The above refund policy is subjected to changes, of which the participants will be informed accordingly
** All refunds will only be processed after the event is over.
** Participant must produce original receipt for refund to be processed.
