3) Print Screen the CCA records page
4) Send the screen image to: ANDREW TAM (SMUX’s OSL Officer)

5) After the TM & HGS have verified your records, Andrew will then proceed to endorse the records. Periodically check back on OASIS to make sure the records are endorsed.
